Will the bakery products bought online be as fresh as the one available on the shop?

Our cakes are never made more than 24hours in advance of when you need it. Every products is custom made to order and we use only the finest, freshest ingredients to make it for you. That’s why our products not only look beautiful, they taste amazing too.

Do you make egg or eggless products?

Delicia bakes both egg and eggless  products. Although there are separate utensils used for both egg and eggless and mixing of the two is completely avoided.

What is my account?

My account is where you can see your account and billing history, change your password, update your contact information and manage your usernames.

Why should I have an account, are there any benefits?

What is my cart?

Like shopping carts on physical retail store, My cart helps you to keep track of the stuff you want while you continue browsing or leave the site to think about it. Your shopping cart also allows you to add items and combine the purchases into a single order.

Can I remove the products in the cart?

Yes, if you wish to remove a particular product from your shopping cart. Click on the remove button next to the item you wish to delete from your shopping cart. Use this link only when you have decided not to purchase any particular item which has been added to your cart.

How to track my consignment of the orders?

On the header section you will get “track order” option. As you will enter your order ID, you will be asked to enter mobile number and email id. Fill in the required fields and see the current status of your order.

What if I want to customize the product as per my choice?

Can I send some message along with the order?

Yes, you can send your personal message along with the cake by typing in the message box in the delivery address form it will be delivered on delivery slip or a small gift card. (P S this is not guaranteed and might not be delivered due to un-avoidable circumstances.

What if am not satisfied with the quality of the cake?

We take stringent measures to ensure that the cakes delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the quality of the cake is not up to the expectation.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

If you are cancelling or modifying an order, you need to give at least 24hours notice before delivery date. If we have already shipped your order then we won’t be able to change it. Once we have process the cancellation, you can be refunded in the form of Delicia gift certificate or a cash refund to the same card/payment method you made the order with.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an email and sms alert as soon as your order is confirmed with your order number.

How do I check the current status of my order?

Is the delivery possible on holidays?

Yes, the delivery on holidays is possible on holidays but there could be some exceptions.

What if the recipient is not available when delivery person reaches there? Will you re-attempt delivery?

We do not attempt to deliver again, but we would call recipient and sender to know if we can deliver their order to any neighbor or nearby place. Unable to do so will lead to cancellation of order and no refund will be made in this case.

Can I order a cookies that is out of stock?

Unfortunately, products listed as ‘out of stock’ are not available for sale.

Can I change the delivery address or delivery date of order?

We will change the delivery address or delivery date as long as your order has not been delivered, Or is not on his way to being delivered. To request a change to delivery address or date of delivery, kindly contact our customer service (call us at 9819870066 or email us at query.delicia@gmail.com).

How do I know my order is delivered fine?

Delicia guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date and an email is sent to you confirming the delivery. Also if by any reason the order cannot be filled, you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as any delivery problem occurs. If you know that the order did not reach at its delivery destination you may contact us at 9819870066 or email us at query.delicia@gmail.com to claim a non delivery to your order number.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via email or sms?

You will receive a confirmation email or sms after we receive your order, if you do not receive a confirmation of the order placed, please contact our customer service (call us at 9819870066 or email us at query.delicia@gmail.com).

How do I pay for cakes on Delicia ?

Mumbai cake offers you multiple payment  options ranging from credit card, debit card, net banking from all major banks, pay tm, pay pal, google pay, phone pe. Delicia is an internet based service and hence it is necessary for you to order directly from our website. Whatever be your online mode of payment, you can be rest assured that Delicia trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your  transaction details confidential at all times.

Can a payment be made through cash on delivery?

We do not accept cash on delivery.

Are my credit card number/ debit card number/bank account number secure?

All the card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All the transactions are secured, powered by SSL encryption capable of processing credit/debit card transactions insuring that the information is encryption before it is transmitted.

Do Delicia use SSL encryption?

Our online cookies shopping portal software runs in secure mode on the customer’s browser, using SSL (secure sockets layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as debit/credit card numbers. While selecting cakes and adding them to the shopping cart, the customer is in non-secure mode. After the customer presses the pay-now button, we switch to secure mode to collect the billing and shipping information.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Delicia ?

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Delicia. The price listed for all the items are final and all inclusive. The prices you see is exactly what to need to pay.

If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

If we are not able to deliver products of your order and you have already paid for them online, you will get the amount refunded in your Delicia account as store credit and you can use it any time against your future orders. Should you want it to be credited to your bank account please contact our customer support team and we will refund it back on to your card.
